How outputs are automatically captured, how to search, preview, and download your assets.
The Asset Library is a permanent, searchable vault of everything your agents have ever produced. You never need to manually save outputs — the platform captures them automatically the moment they're generated.
Every time an agent successfully executes a content-producing tool, the output is intercepted and written to your asset library before the result is returned to the chat. This happens silently in the background — the agent doesn't need to be instructed to save anything.
The following tool outputs are captured automatically:
| Tool | Asset type |
|---|---|
format_post | Social post (copy, platform, hashtags) |
generate_image | Image (URL, prompt, dimensions) |
generate_outline | Post outline (structured sections) |
generate_report | Report (full Markdown content) |
This means that even if you close the browser mid-conversation, the outputs from that session are safely stored and retrievable later.
Go to Assets in the sidebar to open the library. Assets are displayed in a card grid. Each card shows:
Use the type filter pills at the top to narrow the view to a specific category. Use the search bar to find assets by title or content keywords.
Click any asset card to open a full preview. From the preview panel you can:
Assets remain in your library indefinitely. There is no expiry.
Assets are captured from both chat conversations and background workflow runs. The library gives you a single place to find everything, regardless of where it was generated.
If you run the same workflow multiple times, each run produces its own set of assets. The library deduplicates content by hash — identical outputs from retry attempts are not saved twice.
Search before regenerating. Before asking an agent to re-generate something, check the library — the output from a previous session may already be there.
Use the type filter for focused work. If you're assembling a content batch, filter to "Social Post" to see all your recent copy in one view.
Download in bulk for handoff. If you're handing off a batch of assets to a designer or editor, download them individually from the preview panel and share from your local folder.
