Running Quick Tasks

Use pre-built task templates for social posts, image generation, receipt scanning, and contract analysis.

Tasks are structured, one-shot templates that wrap a specific AI operation in a simple form. Instead of writing a free-form prompt, you fill in a few fields and get a consistent, high-quality output every time.

When to Use Tasks vs. Agents

Use Tasks when:

  • You need a specific, repeatable output (e.g., a social post for a product)
  • You want to reduce variability — same form, same quality, every time
  • You're running a quick one-off operation without a broader research or multi-step workflow

Use Agents (chat) when:

  • You need back-and-forth iteration
  • The task involves research, multiple steps, or depends on previous outputs
  • You want the agent to make judgment calls along the way

Available Task Templates

Social Media Promo

Generates an engaging Instagram or LinkedIn post for a product or service.

Inputs:

  • Product Name
  • Key Highlight or Feature
  • Brand Tone (Professional / Warm & Artisanal / Funny & Irreverent / Urgent/Salesy)

Output: A formatted post with copy and hashtags, ready to publish.


Cold Email Outreach

Drafts a concise, high-converting cold email for a target audience.

Inputs:

  • Target Audience (e.g., "Local gym owners")
  • Your Value Proposition

Output: A 4-sentence cold email with a low-friction call to action.


AI Image Generator

Creates a high-quality AI image for use as a blog cover, social graphic, or visual asset.

Inputs:

  • Visual Subject (describe what you want to see)
  • Art Style (Photorealistic / 3D Render / Minimalist Vector / Watercolor / Cyberpunk)
  • Orientation (Square 1:1 / Landscape 16:9 / Portrait 9:16)

Output: A generated image, automatically saved to your Asset Library.


Expense Receipt Scanner

Extracts structured accounting data from a receipt photo.

Inputs:

  • Receipt image (photo upload)

Output: A structured JSON object with merchant name, date, line items, tax, and total. Useful for feeding into expense reports or accounting tools.


Analyzes a contract or legal document and produces a structured report.

Inputs:

  • Contract (PDF upload or pasted text)
  • Analysis Focus (General Summary / Identify Risks & Liabilities / Extract Key Dates & Deliverables)

Output: A Markdown report formatted with headings and bullet points, focusing on the selected analysis type.

Running a Task

  1. Go to Tasks in the sidebar.
  2. Select the template that matches your goal.
  3. Fill in all the required fields.
  4. Click Run — the task executes immediately and streams the result.
  5. The output is displayed inline. For image tasks, the image appears directly. For JSON tasks (receipt scanner), the structured data is rendered in a readable format.

Outputs and the Asset Library

Generated images are automatically saved to your Asset Library. Text outputs are displayed in the task result view — copy them directly or use them as a starting point for further editing in the chat agents.
